You are responsible for ensuring that any photo edited by Us accurately portrays the subject matter and is used in accordance with all applicable legislation and you shall indemnify Us on demand against all losses, costs, charges, damages and expenses incurred by Us as a result of any claim made against Us by a third party, including any regulatory body such as the Office of Fair Trading or the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, for breach of such obligations.
